Kick off your shoes and experience the power of comprehensive, holistic movement! NIA is a lifestyle practice, and you will be introduced to the science behind what NIA is along with its
foundational principles. Simultaneously transform your body, mind, emotions and spiritthrough a blend of martial arts, dance and healing arts. Condition the heart, strengthen immunity, increase flexibility, enhance cognitive function and calm the mind! NIA makes fitness fun!
Recommended for ages 10+ and adaptable for any fitness level. Wear comfortable clothing.
